HiddenOperator is a self-contained program that was developed for new customer processing.
With HiddenOperator, you will no longer forget any inquiries. Each customer who is interested in your product or services is reliably contacted, according to your specifications, and provided with advertising material.
And that’s not all. Scheduled follow-up functions ensure that your customer receives additional forms and reminders on schedule and feels that he is well cared for.

HiddenOperator emulates a real sales employee. This means catalogs and forms are sent with typical human delays – and only during normal business hours (typically U.S. East Coast time), of course.
- January 2009: Now with quote tracking! In recent months, we have completed an additional module for our HiddenOperator. Starting immediately, quotes for customers can be sent through the program electronically. HiddenOperator then independently takes over tracking of the offer. This means no more lost customers. Companies that are already using HiddenOperator can simply have the new function activated.
- December 2008: The Sonnenberg Accommodation Bureau in Kühlungsborn is using HiddenOperator for customer support and care. The company says that it has freed up employees and estimates that it has saved several thousand euros.
- November 2008: The financing of heat pumps is a complex business. For this reason, HiddenOperator is taking over new customer acquisition. Frank Jurk, a financial expert for innovative heating technology, now has more time for his current customer portfolio.
- October 2008: Tilo GmbH of Austria, one of the largest manufacturers of nutrient media, will be using HiddenOperator in different areas of Sales and Customer Service.
- August 2008: Bau GmbH Roth Massivhaus is now using HiddenOperator for market analysis in the German states of Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia and Lower Saxony.
- July 2008: thermoglobe GmbH, a heat pump provider from Berlin, is using HiddenOperator in active sales. All internet inquiries are processed by HiddenOperator.
- June 2008: HiddenOperator is the (un)official employee of a well-known German kitchen manufacturer, creating more time for employees to take care of customers who are really interested – HiddenOperator has already obtained the necessary information.
- May 2008: HiddenOperator is being integrated into the Deutscherbau.de information portal. Well-known home building companies now process the shipment of electronic catalogs with the aid of HiddenOperator. Persons who are really interested can be easily distinguished from mere catalog collectors.
- April 2008: The well-known portal Erdwaermepumpe.de uses HiddenOperator for its premium customers. With the aid of the form function, information on the energy requirements of potential customers, which is important information to have prior to direct contact, is already recorded. This makes it easy to customize proposals in a short period of time.
